Brewing Instructions: Use about 2 teaspoons of dried cut bark/root or per cup of boiling water. Place the herb and water in a pot, bring to a boil, turn down, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain. Drink ½ cup 2-3 times a day.
