Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and prepared for shipment by our small team in Fruitvale, BC. Please allow 6-10 business days for order processing before your package ships. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We are pleased to offer FREE Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $75. 

Orders under $35 are subject to a $30 shipping fee.  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times within Canada typically range from 2-10 business days, depending on your location and Canada Post's service standards.

Local Pickup & Community Fridge
We are proud to serve our local Kootenay community!

· Free Local Pickup is available in Fruitvale, BC. Select this option at checkout, and we will email you with coordination details once your order is ready.
· Find our fresh, wildcrafted syrups at The Fruitvale Community Cupboard (self-serve honour system fridge) seasonally.

🏠 Kootenay Locals Pickup Discount Policy

We love supporting our local community! If you are picking up your order in person in Fruitvale, you are welcome to use our exclusive stacked discount code KOOTENAYLOCAL at checkout to save an extra 10% on your order (yes, this combines with all other promotions!).

Eligibility Rules:
  • Who is eligible: This discount is strictly reserved for customers who select "Local Pickup" as their fulfillment method at checkout and collect their items in person.
  • Who is NOT eligible: This discount cannot be applied to orders that require mail delivery or shipping.
Policy on Code Abuse:
If the KOOTENAYLOCAL code is applied to an order where a Canada Post shipping method is selected, your order will automatically be placed on a processing hold. We will email you a separate invoice for the reversal of the 10% locals discount. Your package will not be packed or shipped until this invoice is paid in full. If you choose not to pay the invoice, your order will be cancelled and refunded, minus a standard payment processing fee.

International Shipping: We ship exclusively within Canada and we do not offer shipping outside of Canada at this time.
