A Wild-Harvested Forest Infusion
Rooted in the ancient traditions of the boreal forest,
Warm Earth Chaga Turmeric Tea
is a grounding, caffeine-free blend designed to nourish the body and calm the spirit. This golden-hued infusion brings together the resilient power of the Canadian wilderness with the warming comfort of organic botanicals.
Why You’ll Love It
- The Synergy of the Wild: This unique blend harmonizes the deep, earthy notes of wild Chaga and birch bark with the vibrant sweetness of rosehips and the golden glow of organic turmeric.
- Ethically Wildcrafted: Every forest ingredient—from the Chaga to the birch bark—is hand-harvested in British Columbia using Honourable Harvest principles, ensuring we take only what is freely given and leave plenty for the future.
- Deep Nourishment: Chaga is revered as a potent adaptogen, rich in antioxidants and polysaccharides that support daily immune health and help the body adapt to stress.
- Sustainable Packaging: Each batch is prepared by hand in small quantities and packaged in fully compostable materials.
Key Ingredients & Their Heritage
- Wild Canadian Chaga Mushroom Chunks: Sustainably harvested from living birch trees, Chaga is known as the "King of Mushrooms" for its incredible antioxidant profile.
- Organic Turmeric Chunks: A golden rhizome used for centuries to support a healthy inflammatory response and provide a warming, spicy depth.
- Wild Canadian Rosehips: Bright, tart berries that add a touch of natural sweetness and a boost of Vitamin C.
- Wild Canadian Birch Bark: Ethically gathered from fallen limbs, birch bark lends a smooth, subtle vanilla-like finish to the tea.
Traditional Preparation Ritual
For the most potent and flavorful brew, we recommend a slow-simmer method to fully extract the beneficial compounds from the chunks:
- Simmer: Combine 1 tablespoon of the tea blend with 16oz of water.
- Slow Brew: Simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, or use a crockpot for an 8–12 hour overnight infusion.
- Reuse: Don’t toss the chunks! Chaga chunks can be re-steeped up to 3 times until the tea no longer brews a dark, rich brown.
Yield: Each 50g pouch yields approximately 14–16 cups of tea.
