Shipping Policy

  • Order processing and fulfillment
    We do our best to pack and ship orders within 2 business days.  Allow for delays up to 7 days during busy season. 
  • Shipping rates
    Shipping rates calculated at checkout.  Promotional free shipping applies only for the duration of the promotion. 
  • Communications and order tracking
    All orders are shipped via Canada Post and tracking is available via Shopify once order has been shipped. 
  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Packages returned as undeliverable:
    The ordering customer will be contacted for updated information.  If the customer does not respond to request for updated information within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
     
  • Local delivery options
    Free local delivery for orders of $50.  Free Fruitvale pickup for all local orders.
