Wild-Harvested Fomes Fomentarius
Free Fomes Fomentarius Usage Guide
Fomes fomentarius, commonly known as the Tinder Fungus, is a fascinating bracket fungus that thrives on the decaying wood of various trees, particularly birch. This remarkable organism has a long history of use in traditional medicine. We harvest by hand, carefully dissect into medium-large chunks, and air-dry.
This 50 gram pack contains a minimum of 10 generous chunks, each of which can be brewed multiple times. This wild food can also be ground into a powder and taken in its raw form for a powerful supplement.

Tips:
- Adjust Strength: For a stronger tea, use larger chunks or simmer for a longer duration.
