One-of-a-kind; only one available. Hand-lathed by a local expert woodworker in Ross Spur. Made from salvaged deadfall Black Locust wood from the Kootenay forest, turned by hand on a lathe, buffed and sealed with food-grade beeswax.
This bowl has a unique resin pour pattern, creating a liquid river effect through the centre of the piece and around the top lip. The resin is a deep forest green with silver flecks. The “zebra” grain of the rich Black Locust wood pops into a 3D effect in this one-of-a-kind handmade piece.

Care Instructions: This bowl is made of natural wood which will swell and/or crack if overexposed to moisture and liquid. Never leave bowl for extended periods filled with liquid. Never place bowl in dishwasher. Always wash bowl by hand and immediately dry and store in a dry place. To extend lifespan of the piece, it may be re-sealed with food-grade beeswax as normal daily use requires.
